Make Paper Prototype

Making a paper prototype is the hardest step in making a game because that is the main thing. Its hard getting an idea. But once you get it you should be ok. For me I could picture my scene but couldn't draw it. After a few days I was able to imagine and draw the scene on paper.

Plan Game Scene

My scene for my game will be a highway or a road with people. The people will be crossing the street playing and other things. This excites me because I've never done a game like this so this should be fun for me. It shouldn't be to hard for me. 

Choose Learning Topic

For my learning topic I chose safe communities. Inside of safe communities I chose safe driving.I chose safe driving because there is alot of stuff to do in a game. I also wanted to learn more about safe driving so that's a reason i chose it. Alot of people die from car accidents and I want to help them by making a game that will teach them what not to do.

Play to learn

The games I played were ''Matholodon'',''power supply'', and ''blocks''. Matholodon is about a math. It is kind of fun to play but not really. It kind of teaches us how to do math but not well.
The second game was power supply. It is about electronics and trying to make them work. It teaches us how to fix and use electronics.
The last game is Blocks. It is a ''tetris'' like game. It teaches us more math and it does good at it.

Kid's Science Challenge

The game is called ''keep it up''.

It taught us the density of each ball and how hard they are to keep up.

Yes the game was fun and entertaining.

Recycling Stuff

Question:In the video you saw how different materials are recycled. Explain how some of these materials are recycled. What are some simple ways to start recycling? Write down some ideas for creating a cleaner environment at EA prep.


Answer:Some of the materials are broken down smaller so it's easier to break down. People can recycle by starting a recycling club or recycling fundraisers. We can make a compost bin or get recycling bins in every classroom.

TECH TRASH

What is tech trash?
tech trash is a graveyard full of old technology.

How does this trash negatively effect the environment?
The technology is difficult to recycle so it can mess up the environment.Plus some of the parts aren't recyclable.

What does the article say about people looking for solution to tech trash?
Some people say that when your done using it bring it to recycling because we may be able to reuse it.

What can you do to help for keeping tech trash from polluting your community?
Don't just throw your old tech out, you should recycle it properly.

The difference between Jain ln and MLK

The difference between this school and jain ln is that we were able to do more things last year. This year they are more strict. I like it this year because there isn't as much homework. I am a better kid this year than last year. The teachers are also better.I also like that we have a gym.

What I plan to understand,analyse,and create in globaloria 2013-2014

I plan to learn all of the coding so I can help others. I also plan on learning how they make the graphics. If I learn all of the stuff I can think about making games when I am older.
